Terms and Conditions
*regular billable rates are based on appointments made at least 1 business day in advance. 

Late evening (after 5PM), and Saturday (10AM – 5PM) appointments bill at 1.5 times rate. 

Sunday appointments bill at 2 times rate. 

Note: All services are billed for a minimum of one hour. 
The rates specified here do not supercede any currently contracted rates unless notified otherwise.
